Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Maintain project activity/timeline/progress charts.
Provides leadership, feedback, mentoring, and work oversight.
Define the overall system validation strategy.
Define and review Test plans, and test reports.
Plan validation activities and workload.

Job Qualifications:
" Bachelors degree in electronic, Computer Engineering or related discipline
" Experience more than 5 years at system validation testing from wireless/telecom system development companies.
" Experience as a Validation leader for more than 3 years.
" Strong personal organisation and time management
" High debug capabilities when work with the Software, systems, FPGA teams on
complex issues.
" Knowledge of system validation process, automation techniques and testing methodologies
" Experience with complex multidisciplinary system consisting FPGA,HW,SW,.

Preferred Qualifications:

" Demonstrated experience as a Validation leader within a highly dynamic environment.
" Experience in automation programming languages and management tools such as Python, Cucumber, Jenkins.
" Experience in RF and LTE
" Experience with different RF test equipment such as VSA, VSG, Spectrum Analysers, Network Analysers, SCOPE,etc.
" Team player with Great interpersonal and communication skills
" Self-learner
" Ability to move fast and decisiveness
