Production Technician - Mechanical & Electronic Assembly

CropX, a globally recognized AgTech company, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join its Production team in Netanya, Israel. CropX is an innovative ag-analytics company enabling significant savings in resources and improved yields. The company offers a user-friendly, cloud-based solution combining advanced hardware and software technologies to help farmers optimize irrigation, improve nutrient management, and enhance crop yields. We are looking for a hands-on team player to perform mechanical and electronic assembly of products and components, ensuring high quality, precision, and compliance with production guidelines and timelines. Responsibilities: Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of products and components according to work instructions and quality standards. Conduct product testing and quality checks to ensure proper functionality. Use manual and power tools for assembly and production tasks. Identify and troubleshoot issues during assembly and testing processes. Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail throughout the production process. Work both independently and as part of the Production team. Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Previous experience in manual assembly of products or electronic devices – Must. Experience working with manual and power tools – Must. Ability to read and understand assembly instructions – Advantage. Experience in testing electronic devices – Advantage. Soldering experience – Advantage. Previous experience in an electronic manufacturing environment – Advantage. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Fast learner with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to identify and resolve issues during assembly and testing. Patience and ability to perform delicate and precise assembly tasks. Ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
