International Director of Sales

Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Devise and implement sales strategy and operational plans to achieve company’s sales objectives. Recruit and onboard new salespeople Monitor competitor and industry trends. Work closely with the marketing and product divisions, sharing reports, insights and proposed improvements Team Leadership: Manage 3 to 4 sales teams worldwide. Lead, motivate, and inspire sales team leaders and representatives to achieve sales targets. Together with management, set targets and performance plans, for the sales team Requirements: Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues. Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools. Salesforce experience a plus. English Mother tongue, preferably American born/educated. Willingness to work partial USA hours.
