Orchid Security- Product Manager - Platform Solutions

We seek a visionary Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our platform offerings. This role presents a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, streamline processes, and contribute to impactful solutions that shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust product roadmap that prioritizes features, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Gather and synthesize user feedback from internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to inform product strategy and prioritize enhancements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to bring products to market successfully.
Champion user experience (UX) by ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the needs of diverse audiences.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate return on investment.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications and Skills:

3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in bringing successful products to market.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and microservices architectures.
Experience with platform-based solutions, such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) principles and technologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualities:

Passion for technology and a strong desire to build innovative and impactful products.
A data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools and observability best practices.
Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, eBPF, or related ecosystems is a plus.
