NVIS Operations Team Leader

In this role, you'll drive streamlined operations within our Professional Services team, ensuring our clients and partners receive outstanding service.

What you'll be doing:

Responsible for managing all operational aspects of our deployment projects.
Demonstrate leading and supporting a team of Operations Specialists, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and performance alignment.
Coordinating project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while aligning with business objectives.
Monitoring operational metrics, identifying improvement areas, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project workflows and resolve any operational challenges.
Reporting on project operations progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, and recommending adjustments as necessary.

What we need to see:

An academic degree in Operation/ Business Administration or equivalent is required.
8+ overall years in operations roles within a technological environment and 4+ years of experience in managing operation team
Demonstrated track record in a leadership position within operations, preferably in an environment that values project management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving / escalation skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
Demonstrated capability in team management, coaching, and developing staff.
Excellent communication and social skills to effectively work across teams and with various collaborators.
Proficiency in project management tools and data-driven decision-making.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd

Previous experience in a tech or project-focused environment.
A track record of implementing process improvements or operational enhancements that led to measurable success
Certifications, such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma, would be advantageous.
A proactive and adaptable demeanor and the ability to anticipate operational needs and respond quickly.
