Job Description

About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile Automation and Analytics Specialist to join our central analytics and automation team. This key role supports multiple departments by developing scalable data solutions, automating manual workflows, and providing deep business insights through advanced analysis and forecasting.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in Python and SQL with solid experience in business process analysis and statistical modeling. They will understand complex processes, identify automation opportunities, and perform advanced analytics—including regression modeling and forecasting—to drive data-informed decisions and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and map complex business processes to identify automation and efficiency opportunities, particularly within Customer Operations and other business units
Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows using Python and APIs to streamline manual tasks
Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using advanced SQL queries
Apply statistical techniques and predictive models such as regression analysis to generate actionable insights
Build and maintain forecasting models to support planning and decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Sales, etc.) to understand challenges and translate business questions into analytical frameworks and solutions
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across automated processes and reports
Conduct detailed business analyses by breaking down processes into components and designing data-driven improvements and dashboards
Drive initiatives that reduce manual workload and improve user experience across team

Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in automation, analytics, or related roles
Proficient in Python programming – required
Advanced SQL skills – required
Experience with statistical analysis, regression modeling, and forecasting techniques
Strong business acumen and ability to understand and analyze complex business processes
Experience working with large datasets and automation infrastructures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) – a plus
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) – a plus
