Your challenge:

Approve and activate new customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Issue invoices accurately and on time, and manage collections to ensure timely payments.
Perform customer and bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Record daily financial transactions and ensure timely posting.
Prepare and submit required reports to authorities.
Support the monthly closing process and assist with annual audit preparations.

What you'll need:

Bookkeeping certificate Levels 1 & 2 – Mandatory
Full-time availability – Mandatory
At least three years of proven bookkeeping experience – Mandatory
Experience in working with global companies
Bookkeeping certificate Level 3 – Advantage
Familiarity with SAP system – Advantage
Proficiency in English and MS Office
Strong customer and supplier service orientation
Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
