The role focuses on developing and executing global sourcing strategies, while working closely with business units to support strategic initiatives and business needs.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Sourcing ManagementLead the full sourcing lifecycle for assigned indirect categories, including market analysis, supplier selection, competitive bidding, and negotiations.Ensure sourcing activities support cost optimization, quality, and compliance, in line with company policies, approval processes, and documentation standards.Supplier & Contract ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure service continuity, risk mitigation, and ongoing value creation.Manage contract execution, track supplier performance (KPIs), and ensure all agreements and documentation are properly maintained.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.Provide guidance on procurement processes, ensure adherence to sourcing standards, and support internal customers throughout the procurement lifecycle.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of global sourcing experienceIT procurement experience across enterprise hardware, software, and infrastructureVendor negotiation including support of complex, multi-technology projectsStrong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologiesExperience creating and analyzing complex Excel and PowerPoint reportsStrong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in a global and regional environmentHigh-level English – mandatory
