Full Stack Team Leader

A publicly traded, leading Israeli company providing technological solutions in FinTech, Invest-Tech, Legal-Tech, and Business Tech is seeking a motivated and talented HO Team Leader to join the capital market R&D department. Our product line directly powers the data infrastructures of Israel’s top banking and institutional investment firms, offering advanced data analytics platforms (WEB, Mobile, and Desktop). Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment. Actively participate in requirements analysis, coding, architecture design, and code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and performance. Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, including hands-on development. Oversee development, testing, and deployment of scalable applications and systems. Maintain excellent SDLC practices: unit tests, integration tests, code quality. Implement best practices in software development, including continuous integration, testing, and deployment strategies. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure application stability in production. Requirements: Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role, managing and mentoring developers. 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer. Hands-on experience with server-side applications and software infrastructure development using .NET, C#, TCP/IP, ASP.NET, WCF, Multi-Threading, WIN32 API. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL databases. Excellent design and architecture skills in both desktop applications and backend services. Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST, WEB API, WebSocket. Proven experience with Angular/React/Vue. Deep understanding and experience with Agile and Lean product development methodologies. Strong interpersonal communication skills. B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
