Receptionist - Part time

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our Operations Team. This is a part-time position involving shifts of approximately six hours (morning/evening) between the hours of 8:00-19:00 at our offices in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

Managing the office's reception desk: welcoming guests and providing services to employees
Handling administrative tasks and daily operations
Coordinating with suppliers and managing orders, invoices, and procurement
Assisting with the operation of company events

Requirements:

High level of written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Service-oriented approach
Experience in an administrative or operations role – an advantage
