Join us to grow your skills, shape bold ideas, and help build the future of tech.We’re looking for a Solutions Architect Team Lead to manage, recruit, and mentor our Israeli and CEE Solutions Architects, as well as provide core services and also to provide technical pre-sales guidance to Automat-it customers while building long-term relationships, identifying pain points, and addressing them. Work location - hybrid from Tel-Aviv.Requirements:5+ years of hands-on experience in an AWS environment, including implementation, migration, and maintenance, designing solutions end-to-end2+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Customer Engineering, SRE, Cloud Architect, or equivalent2+ years of experience in managing a team of Cloud Architects (or similar) in a global tech company1+ years of work experience in a Professional Services/Consulting companyExtended experience in an IT environment, including hands-on experience in Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps toolsProven experience in a production environmentIn-depth knowledge of AWS's main services, with an emphasis on Kubernetes, Databases, and Data servicesSuccessfully designed DevOps and Infrastructure for high-scale production environments in AWSUnderstanding of Information Security best practicesCertified AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
