Business Support Analyst
A fast-paced, hands-on role focused on resolving production issues, improving systems, and supporting clients. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions while keeping systems stable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve live production issues and meet SLA targets
Analyse requirements and perform gap analysis
Support system releases and enhancements
Act as main contact for clients & stakeholders
Provide 2nd line support (incl. on-call if needed)
Review test cases with QA and ensure quality standards
Drive process improvements and efficiency
Requirements
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business IT
2+ years in support / business analysis role
Strong SQL skills
Good communication & documentation skills
Ability to handle client interactions and pressure
