Basic Requirements

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Aptitude for the development and construction of test processes and equipment for product and component evaluation, or equivalent experience.
Aptitude for technical report writing and test procedure documentation.
Aptitude for guiding the work of software development test technicians
Basic understanding of the role of software development testing tools and processes
Aptitude for working with dispersed teams, and using online communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, or similar
Aptitude for working with many development teams (varied personalities and communication styles)
Basic understanding of deployment processes a plus

SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED:

Aptitude for developing/evaluating electro-mechanical systems including both embedded and application software.
Ability to interpret engineering design documents ie. schematics, drawings, software code
Skills &/or aptitude for developing automation testing
Basic understanding of best practices for QA Documentation
Familiar with Agile methodologies a plus
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must possess strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to adjust and pivot as needed
