Our dedication to collective effort and shared vision has propelled us to deliver captivating, cutting-edge gaming experiences to players worldwide.Requirements:Up to 2 years of experience as a Project manager in a tech companyGraduated in Industrial and Management Engineering or any related field.A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Passion for technology and a desire to grow in the project management field.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in the high-tech industry or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a Plus.About the position:As an R&D Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and driving the execution of R&D projects across our organization.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and QA, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our innovative projects.Your ability to coordinate, communicate, and deliver high-quality results will ensure the continued success of Spinomenal's R&D initiatives.Responsibilities:Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, Tech Operations, and product managers to align goals, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth delivery and progress.Scrum Leadership: Facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring Agile best practices are followed.Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align R&D deliverables with the company’s roadmap and strategic goals.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation plans to avoid delays or issues.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across teamsAdvantages:Experience in the iGaming or gaming industry is a plusPrevious experience in the high-tech industry or familiarity with Agile methodologies is a Plus
