Job Description

We are looking for a Frontend Team Leader to guide and mentor a team of 3 talented frontend developers. You will drive the design and development of innovative, scalable, and secure user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 frontend developers.
Provide technical and architectural guidance for Angular-based frontend applications.
Stay current with industry and UI/UX trends, driving the adoption of best practices and modern frameworks.
Actively contribute to development, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Backend, QA, and global engineering teams.
Ensure adherence to engineering practices including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
Work with Support to troubleshoot and resolve customer-facing issues.
Contribute to technical design and documentation.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members as the team grows.

Qualifications
BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent.
7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, building enterprise-scale applications.
2+ years of experience leading a frontend team (or mentoring developers).
Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions).
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
Good understanding of security best practices in web development.
Experience with Agile methodologies, TDD, and automated testing frameworks.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion.
Passion for mentoring developers and fostering team growth.
