Job Title: Software Engineer Product (FullStack)

Location: Relevantz R&D Center (R2DC), Virudhunagar

Responsibilities :

Perform design thinking exercises.

Be an individual contributor during development.

Adhere in practicing software development standards.

Build and maintain CI/CD for each stream of MVP development.

Create and maintain code repository for each stream of development.

Explore new solution approach for a requirement.

Research and provide technical inputs during system design phase along with architect and lead.

Practice Peer review and bud fixing.

Drive test driven development (TDD), unit testing and peer review with other developers.

Requirements and skills :

Communication – Provide transparency by having open communication and keep all stakeholders informed about the overall progress.

Software Engineer Product 1 & 2 – Core Java, SOA Spring boot and microservices, MySQL, MongoDB, Angular JS, Node JS, Express JS and Docker. (or)
Software Engineer Product 3 & 4 – Core Java, SOA, Spring boot and microservices, MySQL, CI/CD and Docker.

Technical skill – Should be able to implement complex solutions in her/his core technical competence. Ready to acquire other technology as and when required for the overall program.

Functional knowledge – Should have on the job learning ability to understand the functional understanding of the requirement.

Presentation skill – Capability to present the solution approach, demo to lead, architects and leadership team.

Collaboration – Network with different teams from various locations in the organization, get the thing moving by proactive actions required.

Management of stakeholder – Provide insight information about the progress made in the task owned and extract required support from required stakeholder.

Soft skills – Highly approachable and a problem solver.
