Director of Monetization

Adnimation is an innovative SaaS monetization company and Google partner that helps online publishers monetize their digital assets.

The Director of Monetization will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing monetization strategies across our product and service lines. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of revenue generation, customer engagement, and market trends. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and execute comprehensive monetization strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in the AdTech industry.
* Identify new revenue opportunities and channels, including partnerships, licensing, and new market segments.
* Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform monetization strategies.
* Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to optimize pricing, packaging, and promotion strategies.
* Implement and oversee A/B testing and other data-driven methods to evaluate the effectiveness of monetization initiatives.
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Manage and mentor a team of monetization professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to ensure the company remains at the forefront of monetization strategies.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* 8+ years of experience in monetization, revenue management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful monetization strategies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., analytics platforms, CRM systems, A/B testing tools).
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, product development, and customer experience principles.
