Bookkeeper (Temp Position)

To support our ongoing growth, we’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our dynamic Finance team.

Requirements:

1-3 years of bookkeeping experience
A team player with a can-do attitude - a must
Experience using NetSuite - an advantage
Experience with Mesh and DOKKA - an advantage
Level 2 Certificate in Accounting
Strong English and Hebrew skills
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Assertive and able to work independently
Able to multitask and pay close attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Management of suppliers and customers.
Ongoing management of incoming invoices.
General ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
Issue POs, receive suppliers' invoices, and pay them in a timely manner.
Act as a point of contact with suppliers and purchasing managers.
Documentation of purchases, including monitoring and analyzing requirements and expected variances.
Assist and support our senior accountant.
Credit card reconciliation.
Assist with other financial projects as needed.
