IT CRM System Analyst

Sodastream is looking for an IT CRM System Analyst/Project manager who will join our Global IT department in HQ offices located in Kfar Saba. As a CRM system analyst, you will take part in the implementation of progressive IT cloud solutions and will work with more than 20 different markets in a very advanced technological environment.

In this position you will take part in:

· Leading the implementation of progressive IT cloud solutions, globally

· On-going system support of CRM systems and processes

· Owning projects and processes and delivering them with exceptional excellence

· Working closely with customer care and E-commerce teams to design and implement the best IT solutions for the global markets.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in IT System analysis focused on CRM systems – a must.

· Experience with B2B and B2C business processes methodologies.

· Experience of working in a global environment – a must.

· project management skills – a must.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Outstanding communication skills in English – a must.

· Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce – an advantage.

· Experience with ERP systems – an advantage.

· Previous experience in Retail and/or E-Commerce processes - an advantage.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces.
