ERP Project Manager

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation & Integration Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation and optimization projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project leadership, a deep understanding of manufacturing environments, and the ability to work across multiple disciplines to drive successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.

· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, production, and engineering.

· Ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP system capabilities.

· Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues.

· Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

· Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP solutions.

· Manage relationships with ERP vendors and external consultants.

· Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and best practices.

· Ensure seamless integration between ERP and other enterprise systems such as MES, PLM, CRM and financial systems.

Drive system integration across ERP modules, ensuring a holistic and streamlined business process.

Take a cross-organizational, process-oriented approach to ERP implementation, aligning system capabilities with overall business strategy.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Proven experience leading ERP implementation or migration projects.

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in a multidisciplinary environment.

· Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Priority, or Costpoint.

· Excellent project management skills, including experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

· BSc in Information Systems, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in ERP system integration with other enterprise platforms.

· Strong ability to design and implement cross-module integration within the ERP system.

· PMP or similar project management certification - advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in a defense or aerospace manufacturing environment.

· Knowledge of ITAR regulations and compliance.

· Hands-on experience integrating ERP with MES and PLM systems.
