Full Stack Team Leader

As a Full stack Team Leader, you will have the autonomy and the authority to lead a team that builds amazing products at Trustmi. You will join a high-cadence, highly technical, and savvy group of doers who are building Trustmi's products and platforms.

Leading a full-stack development team in an agile environment
Proactively build your team, mentoring, recruiting, and onboarding as we grow
Rapidly deliver high-quality, scalable, enterprise-ready SaaS applications
Determining the structure and design of web services
Ensuring user experience determines design choices
Developing features to enhance the user experience
Striking a balance between functional and esthetic design
Building reusable code for future use
Optimizing web services for maximum speed and scalability
Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages
Work closely with the management team to execute product vision & architecture

Requirements

2+ years experience as a Team Leader
Proven 5 years of experience in React.js a MUST
Proven 2 years of experience in Next.js a MUST
Strong knowledge of Javascript and Typescript
Strong prior expertise supporting large-scale production services
Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
Confident in your own skills while constantly seeking to learn and keep up with modern practices
Knowledge of CI/CD environments
Fast learner with outstanding problem-solving skills
An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities
