Requirements:
The role:
We are seeking a Controller to join our team, reporting to our Corporate Controller. If you are a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, humility, independence, and a passion for supporting the team, we want you on board.
The day-to-day:
Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting packages and related working papers in compliance with US-GAAP.
Oversee and execute month-end closing procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare consolidated annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with US-GAAP and SEC requirements.
Work collaboratively with the team to develop, implement, and document accounting policies and procedures, focusing on driving efficiencies through effective use of accounting systems.
Manage and execute ad hoc projects aimed at optimizing the company’s finance operations.
Work directly with external audit teams during quarterly and year-end audits to ensure financial information is properly reported
Ideally, we’re looking for:
At least 2 years’ experience post internship.
Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with internship in one of the Big 4 firms
Proficient in Excel
Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Hard worker and detail-oriented with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong English skills (spoken and written)
These would also be nice:
Experience with High-Tech companies.
Proven experience to lead projects and processes
Experience auditing High-Tech companies
