The Opportunity The Digital & CRM Lead is the affiliate's digital marketing expert, responsible for accelerating business growth through digital media, CRM excellence, website management, and marketing technology capabilities across the Pediatric Nutrition business, while supporting key digital initiatives within Adult Nutrition. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leveraging digital platforms, data, analytics, and consumer insights to optimize marketing effectiveness, maximize ROI, and drive measurable business impact. What You’ll Do Lead the affiliate’s digital marketing strategy across media, CRM, websites, analytics, and marketing technology. Drive digital media performance through audience targeting, optimization, KPI tracking, and ROI management. Own CRM and consumer lifecycle programs to strengthen acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. Manage and continuously enhance the affiliate’s digital ecosystem, including websites and consumer-facing platforms. Act as the digital marketing expert, enabling data-driven decisions, innovation, and best practices across the business. Partner with external agencies to deliver impactful digital campaigns and measurable business results. Serve as the VEEVA champion, supporting Pediatric Nutrition business needs and ensuring effective platform utilization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Media & Performance Marketing Develop and execute digital media strategies across paid and owned channels. Optimize campaign performance through audience targeting, measurement, testing, and ROI analysis. Partner with media agencies to maximize effectiveness and identify new opportunities, technologies, and trends. CRM & Consumer Lifecycle Management Own CRM strategy, consumer database management, and lifecycle marketing programs. Design and optimize automated consumer journeys to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. Leverage segmentation, personalization, and analytics to continuously improve CRM performance. Website & Digital Ecosystem Management Own website strategy, governance, content management, and optimization. Ensure compliant, consumer-centric digital experiences across all digital assets. Monitor website performance, SEO, engagement, and conversion metrics. Manage website content and enhancements through the VEEVA platform and other digital tools. Analytics & Marketing Effectiveness Measure and report the performance of digital initiatives and campaigns. Translate data into actionable insights and optimization plans. Foster a culture of testing, learning, and data-driven decision-making. Agency & External Partner Management Manage relationships with media, CRM, creative, SEO, and analytics partners. Ensure agencies deliver strategic recommendations, innovation, and measurable business outcomes. Oversee agency performance, budgets, and cross-partner collaboration. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and regional stakeholders to deliver integrated digital solutions. Act as the affiliate's trusted advisor on digital marketing, CRM, media, and marketing technology. Support brand teams in developing and optimizing data-driven digital initiatives. Required Qualifications Fluent English (written and verbal) is required 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Digital Media, or Marketing Technology. Prior experience in a leading media agency, digital agency, or performance marketing organization is strongly preferred Proven expertise in digital media planning, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance measurement across major digital platforms. Hands-on understanding of digital ecosystems and advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, CRM and Marketing Automation platforms) Strong track record of managing agency partners and improving marketing performance through data-driven decision-making. Strong understanding of digital analytics, attribution, consumer journeys, conversion optimization, and campaign measurement. Experience managing CRM programs, consumer databases, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation initiatives. Experience managing websites, digital assets, and consumer-facing digital platforms. Experience with WORDPRESS CMS platform – advantage Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
