We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our customer operations team and work closely with the Delivery/Support/Data/Product/Development teams to ensure the swift onboarding of new brands to our platform.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design/lead new brand onboarding projects.
Identify and assess risks and issues during implementations, provide mitigation options, and escalate them to senior management as needed.
Develop, monitor, and report on project plan progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and business requirements.
Lead the onboarding process with new clients
Be an expert in Cymbio's onboarding processes and integrations
Own internal documentation and establish best practices for all internal processes
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in project managing customer-facing products for SaaS companies
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Expert in project management with a technical background
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Monday, Airtable, and alike.
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Knowledge in the US &/or EU retail & brand market - an advantage
Problem solver, who works well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal (native speaker level) - Mandatory
Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
A team player with a can-do attitude
