Administration and Marketing Assistant – Part time position

A Day in the Life
For the Pain and Pelvic Unit, we are looking for a Administration and Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and patients network.

This is a part-time, hybrid position, and you should be available for approximately 4.5 hours each day.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

Supporting the department's marketing activities

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Academic degree
High level in English, mother tongue Hebrew
Great communication skill, service oriented,
Knowledge in Excel, and PowerPoint
