Faculty, Program and Retreat Manager (Israel)

Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre Tel Aviv is seeking a Lead Programmer to design and manage our inspiring calendar of programs. This role covers onsite offerings at the Sivananda Tel Aviv Center, residential retreats at various venues, and online programs in areas such as wellness, yoga, health & healing, meditation and professional trainings.

As Lead Programmer, you will recruit and coordinate presenters, manage seasonal program schedules, and oversee the logistics that make our courses, workshops, retreats, and trainings possible. You will work closely with the Director of Programming & Marketing and collaborate with our marketing, sales, reservations, accounting, and operations teams to ensure smooth and successful delivery.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Plan and implement seasonal program calendars (Tel Aviv Center, retreats, online).
* Recruit, negotiate and support presenters; manage contracts, budgets, and logistics.
* Collect bios, photos, and program descriptions for marketing and promotion.
* Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations for seamless execution.
* Monitor enrollment and suggest adjustments for program success.

*Qualifications*

* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in *Hebrew and English*.
* Experience in program management, negotiation, event coordination, budget management, or community work.
* Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, WordPress, Arbox, Monday.com, , Plando, Dropbox) and able to learn new scheduling systems quickly.
* Knowledge of yoga, wellness, or retreat industries a plus.
