M&A Intern

Deloitte, the largest and leading consulting firm in the world, is looking for an M&A intern.

The position is located in Tel Aviv / Haifa and can be combined with working from home.

As part of the job:

• Providing economic consulting services in the merger and acquisition process for companies in various sectors.

• Performing financial due diligence on target companies in the acquisition process.

• Performing financial analysis for target companies (including trial balances, building financial statements and more).

• Building financial tools for investors and generating business insights (profit adjustments, working capital and more).

• Assistance to investors in building the company's economic model.

• Implementing the use of the company's global work methodology.

• Working and dealing closely with customers in the local and global market.

• Work as part of a professional and expert team in the field.

**The position is intended for both women and men

דרישות

•Languages: English at a high level (ability to read, write and speak) – mandatory

• Previous experience of at least two years in the field of financial audit – mandatory

• High command of working with Excel – mandatory

• Previous experience in financial consulting / mergers and acquisitions – a significant advantage

• Knowledge/experience in due diligence – an advantage

• Auditing experience from BIG4 companies – an advantage.

• Team player, ambition, ability to learn and a high sense of service.
