We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of GEN AI Sales to join our team at SoluGen AI By Compie, a young and vibrant company specializing in customized Generative AI solutions.
As a subsidiary of a leading group in software, AI, and cloud technologies, we combine innovation with stability and extensive experience. We work with major clients, focusing on delivering rapid ROI through advanced AI technology tailored to their unique business needs.

*Responsibilities:*
*Sales to Service*
* Sell innovative solutions that provide real-time insights.
* Tailor solutions to meet organizational needs and optimize work processes.
* Sell advanced decision-support systems.
* Understand professional needs and reduce workload through process automation.
*Business Development and Strategy:*
* Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored sales strategies.
* Build partnerships and identify potential new clients.
*Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:*
* Develop targeted marketing lists.
* Manage both Inbound and Outbound lead generation activities.
*Sales Process Management:*
* Identify opportunities, manage the entire sales pipeline, and close deals successfully.
* Prepare professional and technical proposals, manage orders, and finalize contracts.
*Marketing Initiatives:*
* Execute marketing campaigns and promotions across various media channels.
* Lead the organization of conferences and marketing events.
*Collaboration with Internal Teams:*
* Work closely with development and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
* Provide feedback and recommendations for product and service improvements.
*Requirements:*
* 5-10 years of experience in sales to SME and enterprise clients in the Israeli market.
* Proven experience of 5+ years in selling advanced technological solutions, preferably in AI.
* Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes for large businesses and decision-makers.
* Strong analytical and business insight skills.
* Experience with digital campaigns on various platforms is an advantage.
* Experience with CRM and/or automation systems is an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and persuasive messaging skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
* Native or fluent English proficiency.
