Product Owner

The Cymbio team is dedicated to moving the commerce world towards a more sustainable and eco-friendly future, by allowing brands to connect and scale through marketplace and dropship automation platforms. We help solve important business challenges for customers like New Balance, Lacoste, All Birds, and Steve Madden by automating the full cycle of digital commerce, helping them drive revenue through new and existing channels in a streamlined and cost-efficient way. We are looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with our cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy to drive success to Cymbio’s core product.

Deeply understand our product and technology, along with the ability to communicate with our developers about product requirements
Responsibilities:
Take part in leading and defining Cymbio's product strategy and roadmap
Manage the entire lifecycle of our product and features, from inception, wireframes, specs, and development process
Work closely with developers, designers, sales, product marketing, and customer success teams
Conduct user research to identify opportunities, understand customer pain points, and inform product development
Develop and execute in-depth market research to position Cymbio as the leading brand-centric platform
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, in SAAS global B2B startups
Experience with defining APIs and system integrations
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting product data
Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English - written and verbal - are a must
Experience working with UX/UI designers - is a plus
Fast learner, logical thinker, self-driven
Hands-on, keen on details, and enthusiastic about data
Passion for innovative solutions and process improvement
Positive and flexible approach, ability to lead, and inspire
