In this position you will be a key engineer in developing a modern, cutting edge, new Product in the Solar Systems industry.The job requires deep understating in Java various technologies along with high motivation and willingness to provide high quality product.A good candidate will be comfortable in a fast-delivery environment, and equally capable of designing complex yet efficient solutions to meet end-user requirements.Responsibilities:Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performanceContribute to all phases of the development lifecycleWrite well designed, testable, efficient codeEnsure designs are in compliance with specificationsPrepare and produce releases of software componentsSupport continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural reviewRequirements:BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject5 years' Java experience is a mustProfound insight of Java internals (Class-loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.)SQL and data access optimizationExperience in the Spring FrameworkExperience with Kafka, is a major- advantageExperience with event-driven systems, distributed systems and/or data-systems is a major advantage Experience with Docker, K8S, Git, GitLab, is a major advantageA team player with excellentcommunication skillsSolarEdge recognizes its talented and diverse workforce as a key competitive advantage.
