Varonis is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of cutting-edge security solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of data protection and cybersecurity in the AI era .

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, and demonstrate the ability to own and drive significant cross-organizational initiatives .

Responsibilities :
· Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Varonis’ security solutions .
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, threat research, and marketing, to deliver innovative security products .
· Identify and analyze customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscapes .
· Drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results .
· Partner with customers and industry leaders to gather insights and ensure solutions meet real-world needs .
· Stay updated on advancements in emerging technologies and threats to design forward-thinking solutions .
· Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and internal teams .
Requirements :
· 5+ years of Product Management experience .
· Proven track record of developing and launching successful cybersecurity solutions (preferably SaaS) .
· Ability to own and drive significant cross-organizational initiatives .
· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams .
· Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering impactful solutions .
· Advantage - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
