We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for an Investment Portfolios Business Manager to join our team!

The Investment Portfolio Business Manager is responsible for leading eToro’s Smart Portfolio activity and growing the managed assets assets within this area. This is a managerial role.

The position requires a good understanding of capital markets, marketing and sales skills, and proven managerial experience collaborating with various stakeholders both internally and externally.

This position presents an opportunity to grow in the FinTech industry and be an integral part of eToros’ Investment Team.

This is a full-time position.

What will you be doing?

Managing the eToro’s Smart Portfolio team under the Chief Investment Officer.
Growing the assets of the Smart Portfolios - leading the marketing and sales activity to promote Smart Portfolios of eToro within its investors, including cross-department campaigns.
Expanding the Smart Portfolios' offerings with new thematic investments, third-party portfolios, and investments based on crowd wisdom.
Overseeing ongoing monitoring and operational aspects of the Smart Portfolio activities.

Requirements:

Have at least 3-5 years of experience in brokers/banks/Investment houses or finance online companies, in roles such as portfolio team manager, sales team manager, or similar positions
Understanding the capital market world, with a focus on the ETF industry
Possess marketing and/or sales skills, with the ability to lead teams in achieving company goals.
A hands-on individual who can ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
Have a technical orientation working with project management tools and software.
Have a very high level of English, both written and spoken
Are organized with strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and people skills
Presentation-making skills - proficient in Google Slides / PowerPoint.
Have a ‘can do approach” attitude, be performance-driven and results-oriented.
Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills along with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
Can work both independently and collaboratively to execute large projects and daily routines.
Have good attention to detail.
