Requirements:
אנו מחפשים לתפקיד מאתגר ומעניין איש/ת תמיכה טכנית עבור לקוח בטחוני של החברה.
התפקיד כולל תמיכה טכנית במוצרי קלטורה מבוססי וידיאו תוך התמחות בהם, אחראיות ליצירת קשר קרוב עם הלקוח והבנה עמוקה של כל צרכיו.
תקשורת צמודה מול הלקוח ומתן עדכונים שוטפים על-ידי שיתוף פעולה יום-יומי עם צוותי קלטורה השונים כגון צוותי המוצר, הפרויקט, הפיתוח, הבדיקות וכו'.
דרישות:
כשנה ניסיון בתפקיד דומה
ניסיון טכני עם לפחות מאחת האפשרויות הבאות: מערכות הפעלה, רשתות (פרוטוקולי TCP/IP), מסדי נתונים (שאילתות SQL)
ידע והבנה בטכנולוגיות אינטרנט, כולל ארכיטקטורת רשת וטרמינולוגיה (http/https/FTP, domains, DNS)
תודעת שירות גבוהה ומיומנויות למידה אפקטיביות
היכרות בסיסית ומעלה ב Linux, Containers ומערכת הפצה Ansible.
יכולת תקשורת מצויינת, בעל פה ובכתב
יכולת למידה עצמית גבוהה
יכולות גבוהות לניהול זמן ומשימות באופן עצמאי
יתרונות:
