Neema's Global Payments Network is an API-based solution designed to streamline real-time, high-volume cross-border money transfers, addressing the limitations of traditional methods.

As a Solution Engineer, you will:

Own the technical integration post sale, oversee it until account activation is successfully achieved.
Work closely with clients’ R&D teams and oversee the technical integration process that plays a vital role in the sales cycle.
Collaborate with our awesome Product and R&D teams to shape product development, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs.
Develop a deep understanding of the product, its capabilities, and its challenges.
Innovate. Always think about how we can do things better. Bringing new ideas and making them happen.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in solution engineering or similar roles in Global B2B companies.
Experience in payments companies or API Based products is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product solutions and detailed implementation plans
Passionate about customer satisfaction, details and quality-oriented. Able to provide support during critical times.
Proficiency in English is required
A deep technical curiosity for how IT systems work in a business context.
Understanding of JSON and RESTful APIs.
