System & Cloud Administrator team lead

Ceragon IT team is looking for a team leader a for system & cloud administrator.

Work as part of the global IT team, be responsible of the company WW infrastructure, monitor and prevent failures and service interruptions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, leading a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The candidate should possess expertise in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Vmware, Citrix, Intune , SCCM, budget management, and project management.

Job Description

Lead and mentor a global IT team, be responsible of the company WW infrastructure, monitor and prevent failures and service interruptions.
Manage Microsoft AD and Azure AD environment
Plan, design and configure systems in PaaS \ SaaS \ IaaS environments.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud and on-premise systems.
Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance and availability of the infrastructure.
Lead Project from initiation to completion
manage the IT Infrastructure department budget
Innovation , strategy and user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a system administrator or cloud engineer.
At least 5 years of experience as leadership & experience in IT / System Admin position
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN , Vmware, citrix , Intune , SCCM.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and automation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
