Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Architect and design complex systems using microservices architecture and design patterns.
Develop in C# and C++ on Linux and Windows platforms, ensuring high-quality solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and utilize Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
Champion agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and quality assurance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize project management transparently.

Location: On-site, 5 days a week (Center Israel)

Requirements:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience in leadership and architecture.
Proficiency in C#, C++, microservices architecture, OOP, and design patterns.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
