Talent Acquisition Specialist – Deloitte Israel

Deloitte, the world’s leading consulting and accounting firm, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

As part of your role, you will:

Manage and lead end-to-end recruitment processes for Technical and professional positions.
Characterize job profiles with hiring managers, open positions in the ATS, and develop sourcing strategies.
Proactively source candidates and build a talent pipeline, mainly via LinkedIn Recruiter and organizational recruitment systems.
Accompany candidates throughout the process, working in close partnership with hiring managers and providing ongoing recruitment advice.
Build job offers and handle negotiations at the final stage.
Coordinate with human resources partners throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
English – native speaker level.
2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or via placement).
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Proven experience conducting face-to-face interviews and direct interaction with hiring managers – strong advantage.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage processes.
Basic familiarity with HR processes (such as onboarding, employee engagement activities, or HR reporting) – an advantage.
