Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead projects in core scanning technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of project management experience in an R&D department within a multidisciplinary tech company. You will oversee project execution, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet industry needs. Strong communication, ownership, and systems engineering skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead projects to develop core scanning technologies, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
Coordinate resources across teams and departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Define project scope and goals, aligning with industry needs, and dive into technical details when necessary.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management, ensuring alignment on progress and priorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (PMP certification is a plus).
At least 2 years of project management experience in R&D within a multidisciplinary technology environment.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in Systems Engineering is highly valued, and proficiency with project management software/tools is required.
