Responsibilities:
Receiving goods arrived from overseas: Checking paperwork – Information cross to verify there’s a match between documents and packages (regarding number of boxes, weight, tracking numbers). Sign on papers & hand a copy to driver.
Recognizing the package (whom it belongs to), Update equipment data in our systems, Notifying employees.
Transfer packages to employees.
Reporting on problems & special projects.
In charge of warehouses used for storage of equipment.
Arranging and recording equipment on shelves.
Responsible for the collection and removal equipment Cisco E-scrap programs.
Operates and backs up Cisco export jobs
