R&D Team Leader

We are looking for our next Development Team Leader We build custom software and custom models for clients from multiple industries, including Defense, Security, Health, and Automotive. Our team includes Fullstack Developers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers and Data Scientists. who are you? You are searching for the challenge of managing and leading a team of more than 10 eager Full-stack developers working on innovative projects, Developing end to end complex, data-driven, scalable web applications. You want to lead and mentor a dynamic team of Full-Stack Developers, cultivating a collaborative and innovative work culture. At least 3 years of software development experience as a full-stack web Developer, with Hands-on experience with Nodejs as your Backend language and React as your Framework - a must. At least 1 year of management experience of at least 2 software engineers - a must. Eat Javascript for breakfast (the most important meal of the day) - a must. Hands-on experience with writing modular code and Microservices for at least 2 years -a must. Hands-on experience with modern NoSQL and SQL databases - a significant advantage. Hands-on experience with docker and cloud (AWS, Azure, and/or OpenShift) and Kubernetes - a significant advantage. Familiarity with the following technologies — an advantage: Redux, RxJS, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, D3, CesiumJS, GraphQL. Security clearance - an advantage.
