CodeValue is looking for an experienced .NET Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of developers, drive end-to-end development processes, and work within complex enterprise environments. You will play a key role in technical leadership, system design, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Proven experience as a .NET Team Lead or in a similar leadership role
Significant experience leading development teams and managing tasks end-to-end
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core
Extensive experience with Web API development
Strong experience working with SQL Server
Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
Experience developing complex enterprise systems
Strong background in system design and architecture
Experience working with multiple interfaces and integrations
Hands-on experience with Code Reviews and development best practices
Experience with CI/CD processes and tools
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
Advantages
Experience in banking or financial systems
Proven technological leadership experience
