As a key member of our team, you will actively contribute to various aspects of Indigo's sustainability initiatives. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices and implementing data-driven strategies for measuring and improving environmental impact.

The role involves a combination of data analysis, infrastructure development, and active participation in projects aimed at minimizing the organization's environmental footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Manage and maintain sustainability-related databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analysis. Sustainability Reporting: Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data to meet reporting requirements. Project Management: Manage and coordinate sustainability projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress to achieve targeted goals. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, such as employees, suppliers, and customers, to promote awareness and gather input on sustainability efforts.

Requirements:

Third-year student for 1st Degree on ESG & Sustainability field - must
Passion for the Environment: Demonstrate a genuine passion for environmental sustainability.
Excellent English Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively in professional settings.
Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
Independent & Self-Learner: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be a self-driven learner.
Proactive Approach: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance sustainability initiatives.
Data Analysis Skills: Strong data analysis skills to interpret and draw insights from sustainability-related data.
Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex sustainability concepts into clear and compelling messages.
Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into various aspects of the business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes.
PowerBI/Tableau (Advantage): Familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau is an advantage, showcasing the ability to visualize and analyze data effectively.
