Hardware Technician

We are looking for some exceptional talent to join our team as a Hardware Engineer.

Requirements:

Proven hands-on experience in component-level troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
Expert proficiency with Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and DMMs
Expertise in fine-pitch SMT (0201, QFN/BGA) and manual rework under a microscope
Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and PCB layouts
Proven ability to write technical documents, including ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures) and detailed testing reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data tracking and analysis
Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced R&D environment
A proactive team player with a strong service-oriented approach
Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Your Day to Day:

Lead board bring-up processes and support R&D engineering
Perform complex debug and root-cause analysis on PCBAs
Execute high-precision soldering and rework (SMT/PTH)
Manage lab operations, kitting, and interface with subcontractors
