RINA is currently recruiting for a Israel Transport & Mobility Consulting Senior Technical Audit Leader to join its office in Tel Aviv within the Transport & Mobility Division.

Mission

The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in Metro projects and specific experience in the Transportation Engineering of Metro and LRT Systems.

Key Accountabilities

Assess clients’ needs and translate them into the outcome as requested. From the initial concept stage through to completion, they manage project timelines and oversee all developments;
Plan technical solution: engineering consultants find unique ways to resolve technical issues without affecting the overall completion deadline or affecting the involvement from other departments or external companies;
Develop project schedules and deliverable timelines;
Responsible for the production and the performance of assigned projects;
Ensure the creation of documents and reports that detail their assessments, any fact-finding survey data acquired, the project’s inception, and concept planning;
Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule;
Effectively manage multiple projects and conflicting deadlines;
Prepare project estimates, budgets, schedules and execution plans;
Support the continued development of more junior team personnel providing technical guidance;
Supporting the growth: when belonging to the engineering competencies, supports the Project in a specific technical development or in growing competencies and training personnel;
Be aware and understand the Quality Policy: Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS. Be aware of the quality of his own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her role;
Interact with clients and colleagues to achieve project objectives using appropriate technical judgment;
Senior in communication aspects: the candidate must be able to manage positively the communication with the project teams, with the project stakeholders, discuss and define client requirements; reflecting a clear understanding in well-written technical reports and proposals;
Actively support business development activities: building relationships with clients and helping to generate new business.
What are we looking for

Master’s degree in civil engineering or Equivalent
The Candidate is an Engineer with at least 20 years of practical experience as an Engineering.
At least 10 years' experience in managing the design and construction phases in Rail Transit projects.
Technical Audit Leader managed, for at least three (3) consecutive years, civil engineering field and/or System Engineering
Building and Developing Professional/Technical Knowledge: Shape strategy for long-term capability at RINA

Experience in Project Management, PM certification would be a plus
