Product Design lead

Description

In this role you will play a key role in shaping CommPeak’s products, by creating an excellent user experience and designing flawless experience for our customers. We are searching for a senior designer to lead a visionary thinking along with practical execution processes and to mentor other designers while actively contributing to hands-on design work.

Responsibilities
Taking ownership of the UX/UI of the CommPeak’s products, from ideation to implementation.
Creating design requirements based on product managers' problem definitions.
Conducting user research for validating product concepts
Creating and maintaining design systems for our different products.
Working closely with product managers, developers, and QA to suggest improvements in products and processes.
Applying and maintaining consistency with CommPeak’s design standards and brand guidelines
Guiding other designers to ensure the product UX/UI, processes, guidelines, etc. are properly implemented and maintained.
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a product designer- Must.
Strong understanding of design principles and UX/UI best practices for web and mobile- Must.
Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing. - Must
Proven experience defining and maintaining design systems or style guides for complex products. - Must
Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma - Must
Animation skills- Advantage.
Basic dev skills- Advantage.
