Fraud Data Analyst

We are looking for experienced Fraud & Data experts to join Identiq’s Analytics team!

Identiq’s Fraud Analytics team is key to the success of Identiq and our customers. In this role, you will be best positioned to impact our product and how our customers benefit from it.

Requirements:

2+ years experience working with and analyzing large, complex data sets
2+ years experience in fraud and risk management - an advantage
Hands-on experience with SQL and R/Python
A customer-oriented, collaborative and proactive attitude
Very high proficiency in English - verbal and written
Experience in working with Sales teams - an advantage
Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
Ability to work in flexible hours

Responsibilities:

In the first 6 months, your main mission is to successfully show the value of our product by running evaluation analyses with our strategic clients.

In your role, you will be working with customers, development, and customer success teams, to guarantee the successful onboarding and fraud prevention benefits of Identiq’s customers while providing insight to the Identiq product and development teams.

During this time, your day-to-day will include the following challenges:

Perform comprehensive analysis in order to demonstrate the benefits of the Identiq network to our strategic customers.
Work with the Risk teams of our strategic customers to help them fully onboard into the network and make sure their use of it is optimal
Find creative solutions to complex problems, involving a deep understanding of both technical, business, and analytical objectives
Identify, prioritize, track, and communicate data issues internally and externally
Collaborate with a team of A-player analysts and engineers to help develop the next generation of Identiq’s solutions

As Identiq moves into later product stages, our team’s mission will expand to supporting other analytic domains according to company needs (research, client support, etc), and your knowledge and drive will guide our product’s evolution.
