SuccessFactors Specialist

DescriptionDeloitte is looking for a SuccessFactors Specialist with extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to integrate leadership and technical skills in order to optimize the output and success of our various projects. This position requires a collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to guide clients through a transformative HR journey.Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules for diverse clients.Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored SuccessFactors solutionsGuide project teams in the successful execution of implementation plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are metConduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SuccessFactors solutions prior to deploymentProvide training and support to clients and internal team members on SuccessFactors best practices and functionalitiesStay updated on SuccessFactors updates and industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clientsRequirements5+ years of experience with SuccessFactors implementation and configurationAt least one leading role within larger projects, driving teams to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and serviceExperience with at least 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementationsInvestigate and support HR issues, including organization design, HR implications of business transformation, and HR function effectiveness in Employee Central and EC Payroll with their integrationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectivelyRelevant certifications in SuccessFactors – AdvantageFull time JobLocation: Tel Aviv, HybridWe at Deloitte believe that diversity and inclusion among our people is a critical component of our success and that is why we cultivate an organizational culture that contains and embraces diversity in all its forms.
