Customer Engineer Experienced on Endura Endura 2,

*Summary:*

New position has become available for _*Experienced Customer Engineer on OEM, MDP ENDURA and ENDURA 2 Semiconductor manufacturing equipment *_to join our dynamic and collaborative team to support the semiconductor industry. This position will provide high quality service and support across numerous customers across Europe. As the customer based is diverse, applicants should be customer focused and comfortable to work within a changing environment. The position require a high level of flexibility and involve international travel. Successful candidates must have an _*experience on ENDURA and ENDURA 2 *_machinery.

*Location: Europe (Italy, France, Germany). EU Passport essential *

*Machine Start Up* *Responsibilities:*
* System Software set up
* Robotic calibration
* Chamber set up
* Hi Vacuum pumps set up
* Electrical/Electronics calibration
* Pneumatic system set up

· Experienced safe working with low voltage mains, circuit wiring and power electronics

· Working knowledge gained through experience of electronic instruments, motor control, stepper motor

· Linear drives, sensors, motion control and robotics test/debug and repair

· Equipment assembly and submodule integration, testing & fault-finding

· Experience setting up and calibrating semiconductor tools

· Availability to travel to international customer sites for semiconductor tool modifications, tool installations when required

· Performs on-site installation of semiconductor processing equipment at various customer sites

· Troubleshoots equipment problems

· Maintains records and reports as required

· Coordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions.

· Perform upgrades and modifications to equipment as needed

· Remain current on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals, and other relevant materials

· Incumbents are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property including vehicles, tools, etc.

· Employees must also maintain standards of conduct acceptable and customers to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s)

· Ensuring that our main objectives Safety, Quality and Compliance are first priorities within the service team

*Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications:*

· Install/Modification/Sustaining _*on ENDURA and ENDURA 2 *_

· An ordinary degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, automation engineering or equivalent with 3+ years of experience

*Skills:*

-ability to demonstrate an enthusiasm for the Semiconductor Industry and a practical approach to problem solving

- ability to communicate effectively with external and external customers is essential

- willingness to operate as part of a team

- fluency in English is essential

- current, valid, EU passport and driving license

- willingness to perform business travel

*Physical Requirements:*

Daily duties are often performed in confined areas in a clean room environment, in awkward positions and/or in high places. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds is required.

May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing. May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Occasional overnight travel to Customer factory, training facilities and customer locations may be required.

Pay: From 280,000.00₪ per year
