Managing and directing field sales people
Approving and monitoring work plans of the sales people
Approval of agreements and their validity
Follow up SF management
Confirm tracking and management of financial documents of new accounts
Reading sales reports and guidance based on conclusions
Implementation of cross-departmental procedures
Determining priority
Ongoing monitoring of work according to strategy
Ongoing management of information transfer between sales team and onboarding and dealing with the removal of obstacles
Accompanying the sales people in the field, following up on sales procedures in the field
Assistance in complex sales with quality partners
Assistance in retaining quality customers
Project management such as opening cities, regional focus, new products

What will you bring to the table?

min. 3 years of experience in Field Sales and Management
Experience preferably in retail or hospitality
Hebrew spoken and written on a native level
English spoken and written on a min. B2 level
Oversight over the completion of responsibilities and general actions of the team
An eye for details and an analytical mind
Experience in managing projects
