Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our global recruitment efforts. In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for driving innovative talent acquisition strategies, ensuring seamless recruitment processes, and building a high-performing team across our sites globally.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Global Recruitment Strategy: Design and execute recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals, particularly within the semiconductor manufacturing domain
• Manage and Inspire a Diverse Team: Lead and support a global team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation
• Partner with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify talent needs, refine job profiles, and ensure timely fulfillment of roles
• Optimize Recruitment Processes: Implement best practices, leverage recruitment technologies, and measure performance metrics to continually improve the recruitment process
• Enhance Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in global markets
• Ensure Compliance and Diversity: Maintain adherence to local and international labor laws while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across hiring practices

Job Requirements

• BA or MA in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources is required
• Experience in leading recruitment for global or large-scale organizations, ideally in the tech manufacturing sector
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM) preferably Success Factors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team across different time zones
• Deep understanding of recruitment metrics, tools, and technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
